30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your InovaSkin purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

Email us at support@inovaskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@inovaskin.com. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
